In this training, leaders learn when coaching has the greatest impact and practice essential coaching techniques. After a phase of implementing what was learned into everyday work life, an optional day to solidify and deepen one’s knowledge takes place.
The duration of this compact training is three days: two days of training and a one-day follow-up workshop.
