High-performing teams do not emerge from individual expertise alone. Teams also need shared direction, trust, constructive dialogue, accountability and the ability to work through differing perspectives.
Erickson’s High Performance Team Coaching training provides a clear and practical framework for supporting these conditions intentionally.
You learn how to work with the team as a system, rather than focusing only on individual team members.
The training combines Erickson’s solution-focused methodology with systems thinking, experiential learning and practical tools for real team situations. It enables you to facilitate stronger alignment, more productive conversations and greater shared ownership within teams.
Expand beyond one-to-one coaching and develop the skills, credibility, and confidence to work effectively with teams and organizations.
Gain a proven structure for managing group dynamics, building alignment, and helping teams navigate complexity.
Develop practical tools to strengthen alignment, improve collaboration, and guide teams through complexity.
Build the capability to foster stronger team dynamics, support employee engagement, and create cultures where collaboration can thrive.
Recent Deloitte research* highlights agility, resilience and connected teaming as capabilities that support sustained high performance. Yet even capable teams struggle without shared direction, ownership and constructive dialogue.
Shared direction: Goals and priorities are not sufficiently aligned.
Team identity: People work alongside one another, but not consistently as one team.
Shared ownership: Responsibility and accountability remain unclear.
Constructive dialogue: Different perspectives become competing positions instead of productive thinking.
