Content of training

The coaching training “The Art & Science of Coaching” is divided into 4 four- day modules and each module focuses on one stage of the development coaching project. The training combines masterful coaching with proven Ericksonian principles and unique Solution-Focused techniques.

Module I – Inspiration

The aim of this module is to provide participants with the necessary theory and practice in order to be able to carry out a complete coaching session and inspire clients to take necessary actions for success. This module can be completed as a separate training.

Module II – Implementation

The focus of the second module is on the development and implementation of coaching skills. In this module you are going to learn about different ways in which you can assist the client in finding their own answers to the question “How can I achieve the desired goal?”

Module III – Establishing of Values

This module gives you the opportunity to get to know methods for raising clients’ awareness of core values. You will learn how to assist the client in connecting with the goals and values under which they operate.

Module IV – Integration

The aim of the fourth module is for you to create your own strategies for success, plans for development of your own coaching business or implementation of coaching in your company.
