Advanced Team Coaching Training

Advanced Team Coaching is the second module in the Erickson Team Coaching Certification Program and is designed for coaches who have completed Part 1 (High-Performance Team Coaching) and want to take their expertise to the next level.

This 4-day intensive training is part of Erickson’s ICF-accredited Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) program and prepares you to apply for the ICF’s Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).

What you will gain

• professionally analyze complex team dynamics and patterns
• intentionally foster psychological safety, trust, and team resilience
• apply ethical and systemic thinking based on ICF’s Team Coaching Competencies
• develop emotional self-regulation and presence in challenging situations
• support teams through goal clarification, development phases, and conflict resolution

You’ll learn how to coach teams not just toward results, but toward sustainable collaboration and relationship building.
