Branko began his career in HR Consulting over 15 years ago and since then he has developed significant expertise and experience in identification and development of talent at all levels. Since 2009 he is the Country Manager and partner for Serbia as well as Regional Manager for Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary in ITO. For ITO, he has been responsible for numerous assessment and talent development programs with international clients operating globally and in various industries.
He has a proven track record of providing consultancy services in very different environments (from former Yugoslav countries to Austria, Germany and UAE) where he was instrumental part of different leadership development projects. In parallel to his sector and location diversity, he has developed his consulting expertise to advise on strategic and change management issues.
