Individualised Training Programmes for Professionals

When training professionals, we focus primarily on the (continuing) development of general and interpersonal skills. For this, we rely on personalised training programmes that optimally cover participants’ individual development needs. With our customised training, we have created a way of learning that combines elements from coaching, self-coaching, self-study and training. In order to measure the effectiveness of the programme, learning goals and transfer tasks are agreed upon, making it possible to monitor learning success and ensure that what has been learned is being put into practice.

In order to set up an effective training programme, the first step is to define the personal competencies critical to the success of a role. These can be derived from your existing competency model or integrated into a new competency model for you.

We focus here on the essential competencies that have a direct influence on the success of the respective role. We take into account the specific situation and the individual challenges of your company.

Taking Stock: Knowing Where You’re Starting From

In order to determine the starting point for your development measures, we recommend a so-called “experimental workshop”, where participants can try things out, or alternatively 180° feedback. By combining external and self-assessment, these evaluations provide a reliable basis for planning training and development programmes. This not only increases the effectiveness of the measures, but also participants’ motivation: instead of standardised workshops with no recognisable overarching structure, ours foster strategic competencies and individual development goals.
